Terms
Terms of use
The conditions that govern use of this website and booked briefings with Devfabric Base.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the website at devfabricbase.digital and any briefings or related engagements you book with Devfabric Base (“we”, “us”). By using the site or confirming a booking, you accept these terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site or request a briefing. We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Services described
Pages describing briefings, rates, and processes are informational. A binding engagement arises only when we confirm a booking in writing (including email) and any required deposit is received. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, an invitation to deal in securities, or a personal recommendation.
3. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and written briefing summaries we produce remain our intellectual property unless a separate written agreement assigns rights. You may use a briefing summary for your internal trading decisions. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of watchlists and information you provide, for your own trading decisions, and for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to you. You must not provide material non-public information in the course of a briefing.
5. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from briefings. Our total liability arising from any single engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under English law.
6. Website availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may contain errors; please contact us if something looks wrong.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may also bring claims in their home courts where mandatory rules allow.
